● Cohort 03 · Lagos · Starts 17 Aug

Walk in a beginner.
Walk out with a paying client.

30 days. 30 real client briefs. You leave with a portfolio, an internship placement, and your first paid design job — or we keep working with you free until you land one.

Read this part carefully

You already know how to open Canva. That was never the problem.

Nobody pays for "I can design." They pay for work that solves something. Here's where most people in Lagos get stuck:

1

You've watched 40 hours of free tutorials and still freeze when the canvas is blank.

2

You have designs, but no portfolio — nothing a client can look at and immediately trust.

3

Someone asked your price and you said ₦5,000, because you had no idea what the work was worth.

4

Every job posting wants 2 years experience, and you're stuck needing work to get work.

5

You don't have a laptop, so you assumed this whole thing wasn't for you.

6

You started a course in January. You're still on module 2. Nobody checked whether you finished.

Tutorials teach you software. Briefs, deadlines and someone reviewing your work are what turn you into a person who gets paid.

Day 30

What's actually in your hands when this ends

Not "knowledge." Not a certificate nobody in Lagos has ever been hired off. Four things you can put in front of a client this month.

Outcome 01

A 10-piece portfolio built from real briefs

Not tutorial copies. Ten finished pieces from actual business briefs — a restaurant menu, a fintech app screen, an event flyer, a full brand kit — live on Behance and on a one-page portfolio site we build with you on Day 27.

Outcome 02

An internship placement

We place completing students with businesses in our network for four weeks. Real work, real feedback, a reference you can name.

Outcome 03

Your first paid brief

You'll pitch, price and deliver a real job before you graduate — using the DM scripts and rate card we hand you in Week 3.

Outcome 04

A way to get paid, including in dollars

Payoneer and Grey set up, Fiverr and Upwork profiles live, and a rate card that stops you undercharging.

The map

30 days, one brief per day

Live 6–8pm Mon–Fri. Brief drops at 8pm. You submit by 10am. It gets critiqued the next evening — publicly, kindly, and specifically. That loop is the whole method.

Week 01 · Days 1–7

Stop staring at blank canvases

  • The 6 layout structures behind 90% of good design
  • Type, colour and hierarchy — the rules, then how to break them
  • Canva mastery (phone + desktop) and Figma foundations
  • Daily briefs: flyer, social post, quote card, menu
  • Your first public critique — the one that changes everything
Week 02 · Days 8–14

Design that has a job to do

  • Brand identity: logo systems, palettes, brand sheets
  • Designing for conversion, not for likes
  • Mockups and presentation — why the same work gets 3x the price
  • Daily briefs: full brand kit, ad creative set, pitch deck
  • Speed drills: a finished concept in 45 minutes
Week 03 · Days 15–21

Get the client, name the price

  • The rate card: what to charge in Lagos, what to charge abroad
  • DM and WhatsApp scripts that actually get replies
  • Fiverr and Upwork profile builds — done live, in session
  • Handling "can you reduce it?" without cutting your price
  • You send 20 real pitches this week. Not optional.
Week 04 · Days 22–30

Portfolio, placement, payment

  • Curate your 10 strongest pieces into case studies
  • Behance profile + one-page portfolio site, built with you
  • Client onboarding, revisions, and getting paid on time
  • Placement day: portfolio review with our partner businesses
  • Graduation — and your 90-day follow-up plan
Everything included

What you get, and what each piece is honestly worth

These are the prices anyone in Lagos would actually charge for each of these standalone. Nothing inflated to make the maths look good.

Two ways to pay

In full — ₦35,000. Locks your seat immediately, all seven bonuses included.

Split — ₦20,000 now, ₦20,000 on Day 15. Same access from day one, ₦5,000 more in total.

10 scholarship slots

Ten seats are free — earned, not first-come. Apply below with a ₦10,000 commitment deposit, refunded in full on Day 30 when you complete. We do it this way because free seats nobody shows up for help nobody.

Our promise

The Paid Brief Guarantee

Do the work, and you will get paid for design within 60 days of graduating. If you don't, two things happen automatically:

  • We refund your full fee. Every naira, within 7 working days of your request.
  • You keep your seat in the next cohort, and every session with us, free, until you land a paid brief.

All you have to do is show up and do the work. Specifically: attend 80% of live sessions, submit all 30 daily briefs, and send your 20 pitches in Week 3. We track this, so you never have to prove anything — we already have the record.

One form. One email. No calls, no retention scripts, no fine print designed to wear you down. If we didn't hold up our end, you shouldn't have to fight for your money.

Risk sits with us, not with you
Cohorts 01 & 02

What the last two batches did with it

Every person below finished all 30 briefs. That's the only pattern that predicts the outcome.

"[Graduate quote — what they could do before, what they can do now, and the specific first job they landed with the amount.]"

--
[Full name][Cohort 02 · now designing for [business]]

"[Graduate quote — ideally someone from the phone-only track, since that objection kills the most signups.]"

--
[Full name][Cohort 01 · phone-only track]

"[Graduate quote — someone who went through the internship placement and stayed on or got referred.]"

Step 1 of 2

Claim your seat in Cohort 03

Fill this in and we'll send payment details plus your onboarding brief on WhatsApp within the hour. Takes about 60 seconds.

Got it. Check WhatsApp — payment details and your onboarding brief are on the way.
Scholarship applicants: this answer plus the refundable ₦10,000 deposit is the whole application.

We'll only message you about this cohort. No lists, no resale, no 6am broadcasts.

Before you ask

The six questions everybody sends us

I've genuinely never designed anything. Is this too advanced?

No — it's built for exactly that. Day 1 assumes you've never opened a design tool. What it does assume is that you'll show up daily and submit the brief. Beginners who do that outperform experienced people who don't, every single cohort.

I don't have a laptop. Can I still do this?

Yes. There's a full phone-only track — Canva mobile plus Figma mobile handles every brief in the first three weeks, and we've had phone-only students finish with stronger portfolios than laptop students. You also get studio machine access during open hours for the Week 4 portfolio build.

Is it in person or online?

Both, your choice. Live sessions run 6–8pm on Zoom Monday to Friday and you can attend from anywhere. The Lagos studio is open for anyone who wants to work in the room, and placement day in Week 4 is in person for everyone within Lagos.

What if I miss sessions because of work or school?

Every session is recorded and in the Cohort Room within two hours. The guarantee requires 80% attendance across live-or-recording, so watching the replay counts. What can't be replaced is submitting the brief — that part has to happen daily.

Is the internship placement guaranteed?

Placement is guaranteed for everyone who completes all 30 briefs and the Week 4 portfolio review. We place in batches with businesses in our network, so the specific company depends on availability and what your portfolio shows. If we can't place you within 60 days, the Paid Brief Guarantee kicks in.

Why is the early rate so much lower than the value?

Because Cohort 03 is where we build the case studies that sell Cohort 04 at full price. You get the same programme for less in exchange for being early and, we hope, being loud about your results afterwards. That's the trade — and it closes at 25 seats.

25 seats.
Then the door shuts.

Cohort 04 runs in November at ₦75,000, without the scholarship slots. The version that starts on 17 August is the cheapest and smallest this will ever be.
